PURPOSE
Brand communication experts who report to marketing managers continuously improve brand image, increase brand awareness, and manage or lead overall brand communication of Golf Ball & Putters including content production and management, to achieve Korean strategy within budget requirements.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan and execute all Brand Communications within budget and following line manager guidance and working closely with local team on planning and execution.
- Lead creation of and/or gain approval for all local contents leveraging Regional and HQ assets.
- Advertise our company and products/services on various media.
- Manage allocated MWBs and submit monthly reports on marketing activities.
- Analyze markets and competitors to better understand the market.
- Work closely with other departments, share ideas, and collaborate to make the project successful.
- Track ROI for marketing campaigns
- Network with key partners and industry experts to amplify brand message.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist or similar role
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C advertising campaigns
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Experience with marketing campaigns on social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- BSc in Marketing, Communications, PR or relevant field

- Sales, Sports Marketing, Product Marketing and Operations
- HQ & Regional Marketing team
- External service providers and/or partners
EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE, AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
- More than 3 years marketing experience in golf industry, sports industry, or consumer goods industry with global brand
- Understanding of Korea Marketplace (Accounts, channels, and doors)
- Native Excellent spoken and written English
- Experience managing various media required
- Experience in content creation a plus
